The tour cancellation policy:

Peak season – March, April, May, September, October and November.

  1. 60 days from the date of travel100% refund
  2. 45 days   from the date of travel 50% refund
  3. 30 days from the date of travel 30% refund
  4. Below 30 day from the date of travel (No Refund)
  5. Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be

Season – June, July, August, December, January and February.

  2. 20 days from the date of travel 30% refund
  3. Below 30 day from the date of travel (No Refund)
  4. Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made.

Delayed Arrivals
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or roadblocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy for Air tickets

  • 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 31 days from date of travel however documentation charges of US$ 50 and service charge of USD 25 applicable
  • 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 20 to 30 days from the date of travel however documentation charges of US$ 50 and service charge of US$ 25 applicable.
  • No refund for tickets cancelled before 20 days from the date of travel.
  • No refund for tickets cancelled on medical grounds.
  • Cancellations should reach us in writing by 1530 hrs. on any working day failing which cancellation shall be treat as received on next day.
